Vice President of Greater Bay Area Operations: HKD80,000 / month
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Macroeconomic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial policy trends and macroeconomic developments in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and provide forward-looking strategic guidance for the Group’s medium- to long-term development in business lines such as securities brokerage and mortgage lending.
- Expansion of Cross-Border Funding Channels: Formulate and drive the Group’s cross-border cooperation strategies with various financial institutions in Mainland China, assisting in establishing diversified financing channels such as cross-border RMB cash pools, syndicated loans and asset securitisation.
- High-Net-Worth Client Network Development: Responsible for establishing and maintaining a core network of resources in Mainland China, facilitating the matching and conversion of high-net-worth client resources both domestically and internationally to drive growth in the Group’s core business.
- Industry Ecosystem Synergy: Represent the Group at industry seminars and high-level exchanges; foster in-depth cooperation with mainland financial institutions in areas such as credit facility acquisition and liquidity management; and enhance the Group’s market influence in the Greater Bay Area.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Work Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the financial sector; preference will be given to candidates who have held key management positions in banks or large financial institutions.
- Professional Competence: Thorough understanding of the operational mechanisms and regulatory environments of both mainland and Hong Kong financial markets; deep insight into cross-border investment and financing, credit approval processes, and macroeconomic cycles. Preference will be given to candidates who have led large-scale equity investment, M&A restructuring, or debt financing projects.
- General Qualities: Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, a strategic outlook and the ability to work under pressure; capable of independently leading complex cross-border strategic cooperation projects. High professional standards, strict adherence to corporate confidentiality protocols, alignment with the Group’s development philosophy, and flexibility to accommodate cross-regional office assignments and business travel.
